Mike came to the house and looked through the bathroom to see the layout and need for updating the plumbing fixtures. I had some design aspect to the bathroom that were custom design work from earlier remodels that he understood and worked with to make the installation work. His assessment and bid on the job was right on. He took his time to install new fixtures, and asked when design considerations were important to the overall function and aesthetics of the job. He is experienced in a wide variety of manufacturers' products - their strength and weakness, in addition to special installation needs and quirks. Mike is an easy going person who looks out for the interest of the customer. I can highly recommend him.
