Mike came to the house and looked through the bathroom to see the layout and need for updating the plumbing fixtures. I had some design aspect to the bathroom that were custom design work from earlier remodels that he understood and worked with to make the installation work. His assessment and bid on the job was right on. He took his time to install new fixtures, and asked when design considerations were important to the overall function and aesthetics of the job. He is experienced in a wide variety of manufacturers' products - their strength and weakness, in addition to special installation needs and quirks. Mike is an easy going person who looks out for the interest of the customer. I can highly recommend him.

Mike from. Gotta Go Plumbing was great to work with. He replaced our water softener and one of our three toilets. We'll have him do the other toilets when he can fit us in his schedule. Mike was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and a fast worker, which impacts the cost of the job. Unlike other plumbers, Mike doesn't charge a trip fee. He only charges for the time he's at work at your home. We recommend Mike and Gotta Go Plumbing without reservation.
